The Service Charge and Membership Fee
The Service Charge Budget is estimated at £2,136 per annum and the current Membership Fee is £350.00 per annum for the first person and £175.00 for each extra person living in the household.
Both these charges are subject to change from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to residents in advance.
There is a ground rent payable of £600 per annum
Payment of Service Charge and Membership Fee
A service charge estimate is prepared annually and fixed for the following year. The charges are payable quarterly in advance via standing order or direct debit as required by the Management Company.
The Service Charge covers:
A Village Manager who is responsible for the supervision of domestic and gardening staff and the control of the total internal management of the village.
Cirrus Care Line – 24 hours 7 days a week 365 days a year assistance for emergencies
Maintenance and upkeep of communal grounds, buildings and equipment of the village.
Insurance of all buildings, furnishings in communal areas and employers’ public liability.
Business rates, water, electricity charges for communal areas and facilities
Office Costs which include telephones, stationery, photo-copying, recruitment etc
Residents
You will be responsible for the payment of your own Council Tax, Electric, Water, Telephone, Contents Insurance, Internal maintenance and repairs and any other living expenses.
