It is a gated secure village and an emergency call system fitted to all homes linked to 24 hour 7 days a week assistance for emergencies and telephone access to security patrol.
There are first class facilities. This includes a Gymnasium, Pool and classes for you to participate in should you wish. Personal trainers will be on hand to assist with health and well being.
Waterside Café Bar is open from 9.00am – 7.00pm. Prepared meals and Private Functions can also be booked.
There is an onsite laundry.
For an additional fee our friendly helpful staff can provide Laundry and Ironing, cleaning and shopping.
Each property comes with a high specification, conservatories to bungalows, balconies or patio areas to apartments, kitchen comes complete with oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. Plumbing is available in the kitchen and hallway cupboard for washing machine/dishwasher. All benefit from Economy 7 storage heaters.
Doorways, electrical sockets, kitchen appliances, bathrooms with wide level access are easy to manage and homes can be further adapted should it become necessary.
